At Allagash, we know how important it is for you to have access to affordable health care. For both our dental and joint medical and vision plans, Allagash shares in the cost of your insurance premiums. We contribute 75% of the premium cost for individuals, and 55% for dependents.

LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE

To give you some peace of mind, should any unfortunate life events occur, Allagash provides Life, AD&D, Short-term and Long-term Disability coverage at no cost to you.

PAID TIME OFF

To have a healthy and happy workforce, it is essential to encourage work-life balance. To support your life outside of work, Allagash provides Flex Leave for your vacation, sick and personal needs (starting at 15 days over one full year).

Allagash also provides 10 paid holidays, following the federal government holiday schedule.
